Change the telnet port number... 23 will get you to the 2509 itself
(just like console would)

2001 goes to port 1, 2002 to port 2, etc.

SecureCRT can telnet directly to those ports based on your config for
each hostname. Similar to what you would normally do on your 2509:

Also it's a good decision to keep your lab after you get your CCIE. For
