Encapsulation failed is usually a layer 2 problem. Try doing a:
Debug isdn q921
Debug isdn q931
Check to make sure you don't have ppp multilink on one end and not the
other.
See if there are issues here

No, it doesn't work, actually it just ping its BRI opposite peer, I must
miss some thing there, since it complains encapsulation failed instead
of routing problem, but I was stuck and can't figure it out. Anyway,

Yes you need a ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 int dialer 10.
You need a route to somethink.
