If you have the money, attend the DQOS course. It's well worth it. The
other Cisco Press books that I have seen cover QOS, but they don't cover it
quite like the course. If you don't have the money, see if you can find
someone to loan you their books, or ask someone at Cisco to loan you their
books. You can bet that someone in your local Cisco office will have a
copy. And, sometimes instead of having to pay for a CIM, they may give you
a copy for free, especially if your company is a Cisco shop and customer.
The stuff on the doc CD is OK, and the sections on CQ and PQ are pretty
good; but the DQOS courseware really covers CAR, CBWFQ, LLQ, etc. much
better than any Cisco Press book or even the Doc CD in my opinion.
