Try. It will work if it is just on hub, as well. Just one side needs to
be configured.

To have ospf run over nbma mode in network such as frame-relay, is the
"neighbor x.x.x.x" command necessary on both the hub and the spoke
routers,
or just the spoke? In Solie's book, it's only configured on the spoke.
However, CCO documentations say that we need on both hub and spoke?
