No, in case NBMA and Multipoint, it'll be Multicast while you have to
configure broadcast on frame map ip command, at hub. Otherwise, it'll
complain encapsulation fails error when you open debug ip packets, on
spoke side it you were using physical interface, you don't need to do
that, since inarp would take care of that, sh frame map would show that.

I would just like to make a comment.
on your document, for nbma, you have the command
"frame-relay map ip 1.1.1.2 100 broadcast"
I think ospf will work without the broadcast at the end of frame map
statement, since by using
"neighbor" under router ospf, all updates will be unicast.
Am I correct?
