This is my understanding.

Tc = Bc/CIR
Bc = CIR/8 (this is for 125msec) or CIR/10 (this is for 10msec - VOICE)
Be = ????????????

I have seen an opinion in that (Be = port speed minus CIR)

So if in the lab I have a task in which the CIR is less than the AR
should I use the above formula for Be or should I use another formula?
