Hmmm....no one has mentioned the possibility of having your 2 3550's
being connected to OTHER switches outside of your rack (I know, if this
is an NDA issue, then silence means...)
So then you're looking at features used between service providers and
CE's.
That should give you a clue.

Given that Cisco choose to include 2 3550 in the lab, I'm figuring that
at the
very minimum, I should know how to configure those features. So, I'm
trying
to think of all the features that require 2 3550's.
This is what I've come up with so far:
1) RSPAN
2) VTP
3) Trunking (although it's possible to have a trunk between a 3550 and a
router)
4) EtherChannel
5) STP load balancing between the 2 3550's
I'm sure there must be more and I'm hoping to get additional things from
the
rest of you guys.
