There are reasons for the ISDN demand circuit to flap.
topology change on the OSPf network somewhere.
and i see u are redistributing rip.
disallow any rip updates in the dialer list.
also about your question R1 is not allowed to
authenticate.
This means you need to configure PPP
authentication(pap or chap) callin on R2.
This means only R2 is authenticated by R1 but R1 is
not by R2.
Initially when you configure demand-circuit it
typcially goes up and down for a while until the
database are synchronised.
once that is done it should settle down unless
something changes somewhere on the network not
necessarily on OSPF but in rip which gets
redistributed
into OSPF.
