Hi Everyone,

Reference is made to Jeff Dolye's Routing TCP/IP vol 2 pages 259 and 260.

Do you strictly abide these rules under all circumstances ? Any
exceptions ?

When redistributing from BGP to IGP use table-map and set automatic-tag
command in a route-map.
(preserve as_path and origin)

When redistributing from IGP to BGP use set as-path tag ( to recover
as_path info )
