Guys,

I've tried both ways that have been proposed on this forum.

I tried:

permit 10.10.1.0 0.0.254.255

also:

deny 10.10.0.0 0.0.254.255
permit any

I even tried other variations that gave me all different results, but
not what I am asking here.

gotta be a bug.
