Ok,
Lets start with the obvious,
is the interface whose address is 10.10.1.11 up? Is there an equivalent
mapping from the other router to ip 10.10.1.9?
second, how about your frame-relay switch is it configured correctly to
route the dlci's. is the interface up on the frame-relay switch where 120
dlci is? just a few to start with.
