You will not lock yourself out if you don't save the config to nvram after
the change - reload will bring the router back to original state without "no
exec" on console.
If you save it, however, then password recovery has to take place.
It is important to note that "no exec" doesn't affect the existing session,
only new connections to the console will not be possible. An another thing:
if the router is reachable from the network through telnet and has enable
password set up, you can always telnet to it and remove "no exec" from the
console line that way.
