At the very bottom of cisco.com, you will see "
Contacts & Feedback" and I vent thru there
For tech tip, I usually just do a search on the upper
left for "tech note" and the specific technology so
for example ("tech note" and multicast)
or
I hit "Technical Support" and then again "technology
support" and look at the left column to drill down to
what I need.
For the CCO docs, I look at the bottom left "Technical
Documentation"
For Specific technology discussion forums, I look at
the middle bottom right for "Networking Professionals"
