I took my 1st attempt at RTP in December; back during the ice storm.
Cisco provided excellent customer service. They were even working over
the weekend to provide me critical answers in how I should proceed with
my itinerary. I was very happy.
I am sure you wanted more specifics than this, but I just had to plug
them for what they did for me.

Subject: OT: CCIE Lab Weather Cancellation Policy?
I have my lab scheduled for Tuesday, February 18 in RTP. Coincidentally,
there is a potential for a large winter storm this weekend on the East
Coast, through Monday, 2/17. Is anyone aware of a weather cancellation
policy in the event that (1) the RTP facility is closed due to weather;
(2)
weather condition prevent me from arriving.

I have a Jeep Wrangler, so I am going to try my damnedest to make my
February 18 lab date, rain, sleet, or snow!!!
