Remember, we need to place all data traffic on a specific VLAN...

Now, we may be able to do a:

Int fa0/3
 Switchport trunk allowed vlan 5 66
 Switchport voice vlan 66

However, I do not believe this will specifically place all data traffic
onto VLAN 5...

Further, I also get this message when I try the above:

C3550(config-if)#switchport trunk allowed vlan 66
Command rejected: Bad VLAN allowed list.
VLANs 1002-1005 are required.

I believe that we should use trunk mode for port supporting voice vlan.

By the way, should we create vlan 66 in our vlan database in the case?
Or vlan 66 will be automatically created?

I dont think this configuration works....

A switchport in 'Access mode' drops tagged ethernet
frames! because its not capable of understanding
tagged frames.... so the port should be in 'Trunk'
mode to understand tagged traffic.

switchport voice vlan 66 command sends a CDP message
to the IP Phone to tag the traffic with dot1Q with a
VLAN ID/tag of 66 for the PC connected to your IP
Phone to be in VLAN 5 you should configure the 'Native
VLAN' on this 'trunk port' to be 5, then u have
untagged traffic which belongs to VLAN 5 and tagged
traffic which belongs to 66!

I have tested this on the 2900/3500 XL puppies and I
know for sure an Access Port cannot accept tagged
frames.... but not sure if this is an exception on the
3550s as I have not tried it on a 3550.

anybody who has actually tried this config on a 3550
can comment that an 'Access Port' is capable of
understanding tagged frames from an IP Phone?
