Hi George
On Sw1 I was using port f0/23 & f0/24 with the same following config
on Sw2 I was using port f0/23 & f0/24 " "
interface FastEthernet0/23
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 3
switchport trunk allowed vlan 2,3,13
switchport mode trunk
no ip address
channel-group 2 mode desirable non-silent
With the above I was not able to form etherchannel.
But when I allowed vlan 1 back on the trunk &
keeping the native vlan 3 command then even I
can form etherchannel. So just want to make sure
/ confirm with you guys that to form etherchannel
vlan 1 must be on the allowed vlans on the trunk
list
