Quite possible, you are running default configuration for g729 codec. And
if VAD is OFF and cRTP is not being used than the bandwidth consumption for
g729 will be around 27K (which I guess is your case). I am enclosing
"Bandwidth Consumption per call document". Let me know if you cann't access
this document.
