I don't believe that ospf has the ability to filter default routes with
the default information originate command. I would recommend you spends
some quality time with Lord Byron's "Ode to a stub" [ospf stub
information on cisco]

Subject: Default-information originate with route-map
Hello Group,
How can you use the default-information originate with the route-map
option
to advertise a default route to specific router or neighbor. For
example, if
you have a router with 3 ospf neighbors, and you want to advertise an ip
address to one of the neighbors only, do you use the neighbor id as a
matching criteria in the route-map or something else? What about rip and
eigrp? Please answer with a sample config or CCO link if you can? Thanks
very much for your help and have a happy new year.
Sam
