Default-information originate with route-map

Hello Group,

How can you use the default-information originate with the route-map option
to advertise a default route to specific router or neighbor. For example, if
you have a router with 3 ospf neighbors, and you want to advertise an ip
address to one of the neighbors only, do you use the neighbor id as a
matching criteria in the route-map or something else? What about rip and
eigrp? Please answer with a sample config or CCO link if you can? Thanks
