to answer your question on

the easiest way is to open a TAC case and ask the
engineer to open a 'wish bug'
you can get the bug ID and track it. There is no
guarantee on how soon it will be implemented but
somebody will take a look at these requests and then
its decided at a later time to be implemented or not
