Are you sure you actually failed? I've seen a lot of messages about
mistakes at the Cisco CCIE center lately. In my own case, it took over a
month and lots of emails and phone calls before my pass score on the written
got posted so that I could even schedule a lab date. Then after the lab
test I never got a pass/fail email and the score report was blank on the
report page. I don't know how you can get this checked, though.
