In scenario #2 it is specified that the 'always' argument is specified and
implied that a real default is not explicitly present in the routing table.
So in this case, the origin of the route is the advertising router itself.
By the way, the 0.0.0.0 mask changing the way the ASBR sets the FA is
actually a bug (CSCdu34902) first found in 12.1(8.1) and fixed in
12.2(5.8)T.

Only if network mask 0.0.0.0 was used.
Otherwise ASBR will set E bit and Forwarding Address to the address of the
origin of this route.
