Thank you all for comfirming the 8 MB limit.
The 0x2101 is intentional to get the abaility for "sh flash detail".
With 0x2102, router just recles with the error (from below):
Error : compressed image checksum is incorrect 0x8BE4B489
Expected a checksum of 0x568B1FB1
Exception: Software forced crash at 0x1214e (PC)
