The local policy is for policy routing traffic sourced by the router.
The interface command is for policy routing traffic coming into the
router.

Subject: policy routing.
"ip local policy route-map <map_tag>" is a global configuration command,
while
"ip policy route-map <map_tag>" is a interface configuration command.
What's
the difference between these two commands?
Thanks!
