"ip local policy route-map <map_tag>" Allows packets generated locally by
the router to be subject to the policy.
The other command does not.

Subject: policy routing.
"ip local policy route-map <map_tag>" is a global configuration command,
while
"ip policy route-map <map_tag>" is a interface configuration command. What's
the difference between these two commands?
Thanks!
