IP local policy is a global command that will apply the named route-map to
'internally generated packet'. For instance if you were telnetting or
pinging from a routers command prompt. IP policy route-map is an interface
command to do policy routing.

Subject: policy routing.
"ip local policy route-map <map_tag>" is a global configuration command,
while
"ip policy route-map <map_tag>" is a interface configuration command. What's
the difference between these two commands?
Thanks!
