Loiz is right. I'd managed to get it up and running based on Bill's problem. The actual configurations as follows:
ip nat pool mypool 10.0.0.231 10.0.0.231 255.255.255.0
ip nat inside source list 1 pool mypool overload
access-list 1 permit 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255
