Peng,
For DMS-100 you can have the same LDN and SPID on both B Channels, but I
think for NI-1 your LDNs should be different, but compatible with the SPIDs.
Try the following:
>Port A: Phone 1: 4081111111
>Phone 2: 4081111112
>Spid 1: 0408111111101
>Spid 2: 0408111111201
>Port B: Phone 1: 4082222221
>Phone 2: 4082222222
>Spid 1: 0408222222101
>Spid 2: 0408222222201
>on R1, I config:
>isdn switch basic-ni1
>interface bri0
>ip address 192.168.200.1 255.255.255.0
>isdn spid1 0408111111101 4081111111
>isdn spid2 0408111111201 4081111112
>dialer map ip 192.168.200.2 name R2 4082222221 broad
>dialer-group 1

>dialer-list 1 protocol ip permit

>isdn spid1 0408222222101 4082222221
>isdn spid2 0408222222201 4082222222
>dialer map ip 192.168.200.1 name R1 4081111111 broad

Please let us know if you succeed using the same LDN on phone1 and phone 2
(i.e., 4081111111 on both channels of port A and 4082222222 on both channels
of port B).
Also, at Networkers 2002 Cisco said to always add chap to help the routers
resolve who is on the other end:
(global) username R2 password cisco (R2 is the remote router hostname)
(bri0/dialer0) encap ppp
(bri0/dialer0) ppp auth chap
