ATM ON 7010 ROUTERS

Everyone,

I have to 7010 with atm processors on them. The interface are uni. Can I set
them up back to back. If so I crossed connected the fiber from one box to the
other. What troubles me is that I do not see a light inside my transmit
fiber. If I look at atm vc I see statistics but I can not ping. Can anyone
offer some help. Below are my configs
