The list price doesn't mean you are going to pay this price. The
reseller will give you a better deal.
I saved the shipping cost also and since I live in Canada I saved the
customs as well. In my case, I got a better deal via the Cisco reseller
and I don't have any specific contract with Cisco.

If you look closely, those auctions are for switches with EMI software.
