I've used them twice, had good service.
www.cdw.com is another company I've use, but they are a little more expensive.
As far as the EMIs on Ebay, based on the show ver and the model tag in some of the listings, most of them have been upgraded from SMI. I'd be surprised if they could show documentation showing they purchased a license upgrade.
I've got nothing against Ebay, I've used it many times myself to buy and sell. The point is know what you're getting, and what it's worth. I bought an Adtran 550 from Provantage for less than I've seen them sell for on Ebay.
