Correct me if I'm wrong. In order for SVC to work, you'll only need PVC 0/5
for QSAAL, you don't really need ILMI.
W/ ILMI enabled, the router ATM interface will get the prefix automatically
from the switch AND it will also register it's route to the ATM switch
automatically through ILMI.
W/o ILMI:
* On the router you must configure full ATM address with the nsap-address
command and UNI version with the atm uni version command.
* On the ATM switch, you must configure a static ATM route to the router
with the atm route command, UNI version with the command:
atm uni version, and disable ILMI auto negotation first with the command: no
atm auto-configuration
I remember configuring both w/ ILMI and w/o ILMI during CATM course and both
worked well
