The ilmi pvc should be optoinal.

The problem maybe due to i didn't configure the 'uni version' and the atm switch config also, according to this link:

but the strange thing is, last night, i test it again, without ilmi pvc, just static mapping using NSAP address, it works! So i really don't know what is it.....

That's your problem. When running SVCs, you always need the qsaal and
ilmi vcs.
