 From the console, set an enable secret. You won't be able to get into
enable mode via telnet without a password, but should be able to do so
from the console. Just type "enable" and you should be there with no
password prompt.

Note that you want to use the syntax "enable secret FOObar", and not
"enable password FOObar". The "enable password" is legacy and less
secure. If you have both, the password specified with "enable secret"
will work and the one specified with "enable password" will not.
