Use the timeouts interdigit command on the voice port. Default is 10
seconds, hence the 10 sec delay.
Example:
voice-port 3/1/0
timeouts interdigit 2
This changes the timeout to 2 secs, i.e it waits for 2 secs and then dial.
It also means that you have 2 secs to enter the next digit.
