Power off router and remove all interface cards which are removeable. Power on router, it should be ok now. Then take a copy of startup config if it is important for you. Then erase NVRAM, "write erase". Then power off router and reinsert all interface cards that you removed before. Then power on it again and allow router to modify I/O parameters itself automatically while booting with empty NVRAM. Then apply your configuration without changing I/O memory parameter, I mean
"memory-size iomem ..... " line of router configuration.

When I boot a router, it show me "Configured I/O memory percentage was too large. Using 10 percent",then it boot again and again?
how can I do?
