In theory, one of the solutions would be to change the
distance on all EIGRP routes coming into R4 with
"distance eigrp 90 105" but it turns
out that this causes a recursive routing loop which
causes the tunnel to flap up and down (long
explanation) so that solution is no good.

I don't know why.
