You can do the following configuratin on R2.
R1(config)#access-list 1 permit <address> <mask>
where <address> is the address whose metric is to be
manipulated.
R1(config)#router rip
R1(config-router)#network x.x.x.x
R1(config-router)#offset-list 1 in 3 <int-name>
where 3 is the metric.
