akhilesh,
You are confusing with LLQ/bandwidth statements of the MQC features.
CBP (class-based policing) or CAR can be used,
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/105/cbpcar.html
now, to your question what is the normal burst and max burst refer to the
following doc
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/105/carburstvalues.html
regards
Balaji

Subject: QOS question from routopia lab 2
Hello Folks,
I have a QOS question :
1) Limit R8 to only upto 10% of its bandwidth for PING traffic .
I think that CBWFQ should be done here . But then again CBWFQ will assign
10% of teh bandwidth not limit the bandwidth . The solutions provided have
used CAR . But if you use CAR . what are the value of normal burst and max
burst to be used ?
Thanks
Akhilesh Verma
