IMHO, my guess is that they are not willing to pay for the $$$ some CCIE's
are asking for.

It's posted by a headhunter company. I'd think it's most likely a TYPO. Most
of these firm's employ people who don't have a clue other than keyword
usage. Remember, headhunter = used car salesman. Well, not always...
