I got the Vegesna QOS book as a Used Book from Amazon Used (not really used.
Just a closeout or overrun, I guess.) I paid very little for it. I bought
a bunch of books this way around the same time, and it was somewhere between
8 and 15 dollars, I think, plus shipping.
