Ive used these 2 books

IP Quality of Service (Cisco Networking Fundamentals)by Srinivas Vegesna

Administering Cisco QOS for IP Networks by Mike Flannagan

I found Flannagan book easy to read. The cisco press book is a bit more in
depth as it goes ito QoS on mpls.

However I do refer to both of them
