Everyone
Are there any caveats to running IPX EIGRP Over Frame?
R5 ---- frame ---- R1
My 2 routers, on 12.1(13), aren't making an adjacency. IPX/RIP works fine.
The configs are shown below:
R5
ipx routing 0005.0005.0005
int s0
ipx network 1155
ipx hello-interval eigrp 200 30
ipx hold-time eigrp 200 90
ipx hold-down eigrp 200 100
no ipx split-horizon eigrp 200
frame-relay map ipx 1155.0001.0001.0001 104 broadcast
ipx router eigrp 200
network 1155
ipx router rip
no network 1155
R1
ipx routing 0001.0001.0001
int s1/0
ipx network 1155
no ipx route-cache
ipx hello-interval eigrp 200 30
ipx hold-time eigrp 200 90
ipx hold-down eigrp 200 100
no ipx split-horizon eigrp 200
frame-relay map ipx 1155.0005.0005.0005 401
ipx router eigrp 200
network 1122 ---- > an IPX EIGRP Tunnel that's working
network 1155
network 1166 ------- > a serial link that's working
network 6611 --- an ISDN link that's working
ipx router rip
no network 1122
no network 6611
no network 1166
no network 1155
A debug shows R1 sending some kind of packet to R5 every 5 seconds.
