VoIP on lab exam worth more than OSPF?

Cisco's URL says:

"3. How much weight will placed on voice?
The weighting given to voice will vary from test to
test. However, voice will not be given the same weight
as core topics like OSPF or BGP."

I took the test about a week ago and my Voice over IP
section was worth 9 points. My OSPF section was worth
7 points. I paid my way for that test, and I now feel
that Cisco deceived me and stole my money. Am I wrong?
