I would suspect that one of the purposes of a 3550 in the lab would be to
make sure you know how to do switch commands in-bulk, i.e. "set all ports
to be part of vlan 191" would be a pain (repeat 48x) if you don't know
about the range command.... hence I would suspect that switch-specifics
would be important to know, whereas IOS L3 stuff would be lower importance.
