I can't agree with Lance more, I did the same. It started with a sheet of
paper of tips/tricks for each topic, adding stuff as I go along. Later on I
compiled all the topics into one document and the doc went with me where
ever I went. I made it a habit to go thru it every other day especially
close to my lab.
