Mohit,
Here is the solution for this:
Remove the: network 172.16.1.7 mask 255.255.255.128
put: network 172.16.1.0 mask 255.255.255.128
remove the static: ip route 172.16.1.7 255.255.255.255 Null0
See if it works. If not, put:
ip route 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.255 Null0
