CAT 5505 upgrade failure

 guys ;

i had a 5505 with sup II ,16MRAM and 8 flash , im trying to upgrade it from 3.
12 to 4.5 , but it didnt work .
i checked the documentation and the memory seem to be enough , there are also t
wo commands "download" and "copy tftp flash" both seem to work fine..however i
n the documentation they recommend "download" for sup II .

after the switch finish download the images ..and reboot automatically ( i dont
 know why) ..the show version command shows the same old 3.12 image ..and befo
re that it gives an error ...i can post it in case anyone wants to help..

what am i missing here ???
