A strange item under DLSw Local NetBIOS Name reachability cache list

I build a scenario like this,
PCA----R1----WAN----R2---PCB
but i don't know what "0..864a9d" stands for ,it appears under
Local NetBIOS Name reachability cache list.
Actually it looks like PCA's Mac address,0000.864a.9d24,
but only a part of it .
