Hi there
To start an OSPF process on the router there must be at least one IP
Interface which is in Up/UP state. It seems that you don't have any
interface in up state and with IP address assigned. If you just add a
Loopback interface and assign Ip address to it it should allow you configure
the OSPF process. I hope this helps....
